Settle the original marketplace

While Mintra was offline, finished auctions stayed in escrow and sellers, royalty receivers and outbid bidders kept balances in the original (V1) marketplace contracts. Anyone can settle both, and neither step can send anything to the wallet that runs it: settling an auction sends the NFT to its winning bidder (or back to its seller when nobody bid), and each refund goes to the wallet that earned it. Whoever sends a batch only pays its gas.
