How we decide

Each job runs on a schedule, and its thresholds follow from it: a job is degraded once 3 runs' worth of time has passed without a success, and down after 15.

Marketplace sync, every 20 s: It waits for 5 confirmations, so trailing PulseChain by about 5 blocks (50 s) is normal. Operational up to 11 blocks behind (1 min more), degraded up to 35 (5 min more), and down beyond that or once it hasn't moved for 5 min.
Background jobs, every minute: Operational while the last success is under 3 min old, degraded up to 15 min, down after that. NFT ownership needs all three of its workers.
Overall: Down when the marketplace sync is down or the database doesn't answer. Degraded when any job is degraded or down. Otherwise operational. A job that's switched off shows as paused and doesn't count.
Uptime: The share of the last 24 hours or 7 days that a job wasn't down. Measuring began on Nov 7, 2026, so until a week has passed the figures cover less (each row says how much).
